Group Description :
Meetings of the Opera Group provide an opportunity to relax and enjoy the presentation of a wide range of operas from the 17th to the twentieth century. The presentations will be accompanied by handouts which will explain what is going on. Even if you have never seen or heard an opera it is worth giving this group a go as you will certainly find something to enjoy whether it is a work by Mozart, Rossini, Verdi, Puccini, Wagner or one of many others.
